Depends on the position and arousal of the woman.

I can't get it all in Jen but this is all relative. Before Penis Enlargement with my X-Wife I was at 6.5" and I bottomed out due to her having a very low cervix. My next girlfriend, pre-pe, was very small but she could take all 6.5 inches no problem. I have seen Mandingo go all the way in so I guess that bring me back to the relativity of the question.
