I'm new to this, I have done pe on several occasions but never longer than maybe a two week span.
One of my main motivating factors, is not entirely to get bigger, but to restore my true size. Its weird because I can still get an erection and skeet bitties, but its just not nearly as hard as it used to be. The difference between "clamping" it and not is tremendous.

Does anyone have any suggestions on restoring that intensity? All suggestions would help: diet, workouts, pe techniques..
