I was wondering does t.u.t pertain to just the tunica? As for smooth muscle would it be more conducive to to exercises that involve "reps" instead of lond enforcements? For example I used to wear an all day c-ring behind the balls and now I just to "horse pumps" where I use my ok grip to clamp the base and then use my other hand to squeeze the head in short pumps until soft then reload and repeat and it seems to really get a good temp pump.
So now my routine is
Do a 15 minute bundled stretch bundled to the right tgen to the left
Then I edge and once near ponr I do the horse pumps.
When I do girth I want to target mostly smooth muscle because it seems that long held girth kills eq because it tires the smooth muscle but I'm wondering in the LONG RUN what's more effective in smooth muscle reps or long held enforcements?
