I'll answer this from my perspective only, and others will chime in. Girth routine after length makes life easier. You don't have to deal with a massive penis that can deflate on you after expansion. Why work on all the efforts of expanding and compress the penis down to the prior pumping condition? After pumping, the glans, or the entire penis, can get sensitive compared to length routines. But, if you can handle the penile enlarged state for length workout, there's no issue with it.
There is no really wrong way. You can do either length or girth first. Ultimately, it becomes the question of confortability when switching from one routine to the next. If you want scientific and medical side of it, it was answered in @kriskros post earlier. I can go even further into depth about it if you like if you see there's unclear answer. I can write a novel about it.

Yes, and no. When you stretch the tunica it's stretching the soft ligamentary strand that holds the penis length in place. When you bundled (twisting) and stretching, you are loosening the tissues that support girth. This is why bundling the stretches is critical for girth and not just length.
When pumping, the tissues that are influenced is the lateral tissues, mainly the softer tissues which compose the fascias (skin layers) and the corpus cavernosa (the blood chambers). Unfortunately, the amount of tunica softening or effective collagenic bond breakage is at best around 5%, UNLESS, and this is a huge UNLESS, your pumping is focus on length and not on girth base. Unfortunately, the pumping for length only as effective as the pre-stretch routines to break the tough tunica tissues. That exceeds the 15inHg pressure zone. This goes into the Phalback 40inHg to 60inHg zone, which is quite dangerous.

We have been trying to find this universal approach for all brothers with all different preconditions. Unfortunately, there is no such universal way. There's only a commonality of approaches, which is the SRT and 5x5x3 as baselines, but then we tweak the routines to fit each individual to maximize the returns for the efforts. This is the key to each and every personalized routine to optimize individual progresses.
For brothers that have discussed this either in the forum or privately with the coach(es)/adisor(s) in the past and even in the current days, they can chime in and give you an earful or eyeful about constantly optimizing the routines for the most efficient and fastest returns.

Today I used the Bathmate in the shower early morning, then I used a cock ring for 30 mins. Afterwards I used the Lengthmaster for around 15 mins to do some light to medium stretches as I've not yet got into a proper stretching routine yet as was still messing about to get my wrapping perfected.
After I finished with the stretching I lightly re wrapped to keep the penis in the elongated state for a number of hours.
It got me thinking that I was losing the pump that I had on my flaccid after doing the stretches and then wrapping so I am going to change it up to stretching then pumping and see how this feels for me.
As you said there is no right or wrong way different brothers will have their own preference in which order they do their PE.
