Hi guys! Tell me what do you think about those exercise i developed.
Their name are THUMB stretch and CRAB stretch. That's a very strong stuff for ligs.
I attacched two ghetto images, but I hope you'll understand the dynamics of both.
In the first exercise I sit down straddle and go for a downward stretch with one hand. The thumb of the other hand is pressed against the "inverted v" zone created by the stretch itself.
The second is similar, but the other hand works as a pincer, just like a crab leg against both the skin strip of the "inverted v" zone.
