PE will do both. There are men that just hang and get good girth, there are men that pump and get good length. The idea with this is that you are targeting Girth however, no one can gurantee you won't gain some length.

With that said. If I were just looking for Girth, my routine would be 10 min MOSRED followed by 5 x 5 x 3 at a bit lower HG. So if I would do 10 Hg for length I would do 8 Hg for girth because the expansion is all there, I am just not pushing to get more length pull from the pump. With Girth I would recommend a pump that is larger than your recommended size, so if you are 1 3/4" then get a 2" tube. Also if this were my first time doing 5 x 5 x 3 I would take it very easy for the first few months. I believe that at month 6 of doing this, the SSJ is a bit more easier to do and know what your body is comfortable doing . That's my experience
 
Is the pump going to add length in addition to girth? I'm not looking to add much length, if at all. My wife is short, and although I'm pretty average in length, I can already go too deep for her comfort.
Yes pumping will mainly be for girth but it also brings length. To pump specifically for length you need to have a slim tube.
 
Thanks for the info. I'm new to this, so I'm not sure what HG is. Is it pumping strength with a vacuum pump? Are these gains permanent? I read something about having to hang weights from your penis after doing the exercises so that it "heals" while your still stretched?
 
Hg is how much vacuum you are using. Gains will eventually become permanent. Also if you are mainly interested in length you should pick up the LengthMaster which increases stretch far beyond your hands. This is far more powerful and safe than hanging.

Instead of hanging weights off your penis, you can wrap the penis with a bandage to enable it heal in an elongated state, but this is for those looking for length gains.

Started with newbie routine and eventually I wrote the SRT routine and that became my permanent routine. I have gained big time especially with SRT

Stick with once a day for conditioning, twice a day for maximum stressor before bed time (the other session is early in the day), and three time is only for those that have issues for growth. And example is when they have so many years of PE but very little growth due to resistance and thick penile tissues.

That is why gains slow but when I started to feel a slow was at 9 inches. I simply doubled up my routine and I went on to 11.25 .5
