the targets, what should I do? -stretchin

Hi, bros, I wanna talk to u guys about stretchin. I´m working my stretches according to the LOT theory. thru that I found that my lot is low(something like 7-8) so I started stretchin upwards as the Theory indicates, and stopped the downward ones. Now my sessions take something like 30 to 40 mins, I stretch to all "pointin up" angles and I´m not seeing real gains from that. It´s about 1 month I stopped stretchin downwards and keep doing the new routine. My question is : should I keep targettin the ligs too or shoul I keep workin on the tunica only? u veteran LOT philosophers, please share your experiences.
