This is a proper view to see things. The way to see things and act accordingly. At first everyday will be a challenge an exciting one. A strong mindset, a strong and mind heart along with a strong and healthy body.

This is a meaningful era for me. Apprecciate every your Words, your time and advice.

The PE routine is waiting, I have to compartmentalize every thing i have to do. And one of my objectives is to post my routines here until i get to the size i want to..

Besides i know keeping the forums “running” is not that simple. Updating,keeping the bugs away, improving them etc. Keeping them clean and working is important. They are meaningful for many of us. ❤️
 
Keep up that mindset you've set for yourself. That's how it should be. Don't slack on it. Think of it an extension of your PE. In reality, it's an extension of your PE. Your confidence that you've gained something for your smaller man is a reflection of what you can and will accomplish as your life in society. Discipline translates into good habits. Good habits convert into normalized psychological effects and reinforce both your metal and emotional sides.

Always know we're praying for your recovery, self-building, and blessing moving forward. We are here as a community, and we help to encourage one another. If you watch Lady J and her content, you'll see how she collects snippets of toxic females out there and provides criticisms accordingly. There are quite a few toxic females out there. Just watch yourself so you don't accidentally walk into those toxic sacks of flesh.

Thank you for understanding about the server. My time here is all voluntary, like many other brothers. DLD is the only one spending his limited budget to keep this community going. I pray for his health since he's the glue that keeps this community holding together, and his sales team generates some revenue to fund the maintenance of the servers that run this community. It's not cheap by any means. My time here is God's blessed time provided to me to share with the brothers. Other brothers' opportunities to share their thoughts, opinions, comments, and info are also a blessing to the community; for that, the MoS brotherhood thanks all of you.
 
Your feedback is great, love it, I have realized that toxic humans aren’t harmless at all, We all have our stories about them. Some of them are openly toxic, some others try to keep it subtle, sometimes we learn about those.. in a bad way. I want to get my self “ ready” before I get into a relationship. I know things will work out for me. I still don’t have my professional license nor the documents that prove i have a bachelor’s degree but hopefully I will get them in a couple of months or so.

Let’s stay strong and together. I wish I could donate some cash to help improve the forums. Things will get better. I’ll keep it one day at the time and do my best everyday.

Knowing that you guys are praying for me makes me feel great. Now I have to stay positive knowing that only the best will come..

9x7” what a crazy goal. Have you guys ever found a way to go beyond even when the body is exhausted and stressed. Nowadays that I have to find a way to make a living. Doing what I enjoying doing and still finding the time for PE. I know is a discipline thing but sometimes the body isn’t as “responsive” as I would like to.
 
During period of stressed, it's best to allow the body to rest. I had multiple accidents in the last years, and half of my body requires recovery. My penis will not get the nourishment it needs when half of my body scream for the resources as well. Simple prioritize. I perform light pumping to keep the blood flow, and light stretches to keep the tissues malleable at a lower level. I keep the routine to bare minimum to keep the tissues know that they are not to hibernate.

Just a thought I had, The average penis is 5,75 x 4,75 why there are fewer bigger than 6.5 or something and beyond that the percentage is lower. A poorly nourished body means a poorly developed penis too ?

Let's bring in the full picture across the millenia. This is based on data, and not speculation.

You have three groups of male's genitalia, and of course, the three group can be broken down further into smaller subgroups. But, we'll focus on mainly three. The first group is the below average, which is anything less than 5in x 4in. Based on the 2018 tallied data, and guestimated for the worldwide population, it's around 39.5%. The average, is anything between 5in x 4in to ~5.5in x ~4.5in. This makes up around 56% of the male's population. I was in this zone for a very long time. Anything larger, well, those are blessed. This is the ~4%. The subgroup to the above average going past 7in x 5.5in, those are considered monstrous. This falls within the ~0.4%. Anything past 8in x 6in, these are no longer normal human but a class of their own. You're talking about less than 0.1% of the male's population worldwide.

The data had only been collected from "surveys", and you know how reliable surveys are. But with the tallied data throughout the millenia worth, modern data have extrapolated sufficient amount estimated length for the male's averages. Female's expectation of longer, larger, and more pussy-stuffing sizing beyond the averages, well, they probably hung around areas where males with blessed sizes did and still are doing their pussy hunts.

As for poorly nourished body, it does not equate to poor penis size. Those with genetic disposition can have very long and skinny penises, short and very thick penises, and everything in between. This only occurs during physiological developmental phases. Genetics happen to play quite a huge role in limiting the penis growth, unlike breasts. Breasts have both influences of genetics and dietary since fat is needed to influence larger developmental sizes.

However, there is a factor that causes the penis, and breasts, to increase in size even if there is a hard limit on the penile growth. The flooding of hormones during developmental phases can shift the growth limit. This has been proven over and over gain both in males and in females. Unfortunately for us males, there are more hormones influencing female developments over males, causing us males to have a downward developmental shift. So, in about 20 to 30 more years, the average may shift very significantly to smaller sizes.
 
Yep. MoS is the key for the ones who desire to grow, show, and to satisfy the partners. My wife, girlfriend back then, loved and still loves for me to grow and show her the key to our spicy relationship. When she needs to get her rush going, no matter the age, she wants her legs to give and quiver.

Do a quick search for the hormones and chemicals that effect both males and females in the air, water, and soil. You'll find that we're breathing, drinking, and eating so much of the endorcine-disrupting chemicals that they literally turning males into females.

The growth hormones they use for fruits and veggies, as well as flavoring, caused so much issues that there were and still are many warning for men to stay far away from. I love strawberries, but the amount of growth and ripening chemicals they use to make the large and tasty strawberries are killing our testosterone level. Have you noticed the amount of artificial flavoring they use in our foods, drinks, and even aerosols to make things smell nice also kill us faster than we can kill ourselves by driving wrecklessly, or drinking ourselves to a death wish. Females and males use scented perfumes and sprays to mask their body odors, or even shampoos and bodywashes, causing our system to lean towards feminine mutations.

I can go on and on about this, but I'll stop here, unless you want to hear more about it. This is why I force myself to stay far away from specific foods, research everything during my downtime to protect us males from the feminine-tainting pharma causation, and boost my male-base hormones through any mean necessary. Can't be a couch potato and expect to have a strong penis. Can't be drinking male's meds all the time and expect to have a strong male vitality as you get older. Can't be eating everything like you're eating your last meals and expect a long life without man-boobs and a soft penis. Round is not a shape. It's your death bell warning. Muscles all over your body is not a guaranty that your penis is healthy and strong. PE is needed.
 
Yep completely agree pharmaceuticals are not the solution they keep us functioning but the real healing is not about pills and shots.. Food is so toxic too, So sad most people around the world is eating garbage. Yep there’s a reason behind that and the feminization of men through the food we eat and the poisonous pesticides is evil. Odors, Shampoos and Body washes are trash… Now that we know how some of this stuff works, better keep it away and find ways to eat better and healthier..
