The more you wear it

Im sure this has been answered many times and I hate to be a broken record here. I assume if you have a traction device and a pump you should get good gains. But I'm thinking the more I wear my traction device the better it will work. Im not sure If I'm correct in my thinking or if I should allow more down time for healing. Just started a few days ago and I wear it as much as I can. During the week I can wear this thing for 14 hours a day and then rest at night. I tried wearing it at night and it doesn't really work all that well when you're sleeping.

Sorry, forgot background. Im 54 years old. When Im stretched im 6.8 or 9 (bone to tip) 5.8 girth. Im looking to gain as much as I can, so no set goal. As you can guess I was just planning on wearing the device as much as possible and then before bed I would pump for 20-30 minutes.

Whats the device?? Post some pics please?

Here are the things I'm using. I have not purchased the roller yet, but I have seen videos on others using this to keep blood flow going. Just got one of those ace bandages that clings to itself. My gland was really getting irritated after 4 days.

Much better equipment out there. The roller is useless. I highly recommend the Lengthmaster the silistretcher and the mityvac or bathmate

Don't use that Jelqing device, use your hands instead.
That device is in fact for picking up jam jars.

Don't rule that out just yet. I used it to get the blood rolling (pun intended). Hurts like crazy. There is also a side benefit to break down tissues as well for those who aimed for Peyronie's. That's a low cost belonging to old school style like the broomstick.

Now, MOS Red, electrical stimulates, and hydro massagers are the modern tools.
