I like the 3 because I currently only apply US while in a fulcrum hanging position, so the shaft is on the skinny side. Lol

If I was going to change up and apply US during a girth routine (I am kinda against this idea personally due to risk while restricting blood flow but I know others are in the process of doing DOE’s so we will see) or even length routines without being in a bent position, then I could see the possible benefit of using a 1 for a deeper penetration.
Worst case, if there is some concern with the 3 then you can always apply from both sides/180 degrees apart and you would be sure to heat the entire target area.

Thats exactly what I have thought too. I believe that even the penis stretched without any fulcrum, is still too thin for a 1MHZ. Theoretically, the waves will go out to the other side. That is why I think Kyrpa at some point was resting his dick stretched over the leg while using the 1MHZ. And if stretching while doing fulcrum, even worst. The whole shaft flattens to maybe half inch thickness at most in which case only 3Mhz wold be effective.

Very interesting ideas in this thread. I am coming back from a long break (18 months). Interested to see if I break plateaus.

This thread is become a book of its own. So many good ideas and so much research.
 
@longstretch @Jackxxx I have been seeing some pretty cheap portable US devices on Aliexpress, do you guys think those are any good?

No because all that garbage is made in china. Everything made in china is 100% pure grade excrement. Unless is an American or European company building in China under their standards and even so I wouldn't trust them.

We've already had some feedback from Indian US devices not being perfectly accurate in their potency but at least good enough for our purpose.

I wouldn't risk using a chinky machine in my dick.

Before, during or after hanging?

You want to use it during hanging. It’s not a passive heating method. You need to actively move the transducers around making small circles along your shaft. Itneeds 10-15 minutes to get to therapeutic levels first though. Maintaining the right temperature is relatively easy during your hanging set.
 
As @DutchAthletic92 said, I agree. Even more, in my opinion in order to get full benefits of US, is has to be used on its own, not as part of other exercises. Simply because of the reason that US works better causing strain, and NOT inflammation which it has been the conventional approach to PE throughout the years.

And ideal US routine would be to follow a US protocol and asses results. If it is providing results, do not modify it, do not add anything to it. If results are little or zero, then you try other variables such as adding some manual exercises, or doing a second non US routine at a different time of the day.
