The Long Game: Learning with Longstretch, Key Principles to Make Sustained Growth

difficult but it will happen. Just keep being consistent and I promise you will hit that 9 inch mark.

Yes that's true. Now that I'm at 8.25, I want to start combining length work and girth work together. I just feel like I shouldn't be using the bathmate while everyone else is using the mityvac.

I hate the idea of having to bring some water in a bucket to my room. It's frustrating. So now I'm thinking whether to save for the mityvac and continue my length work or to just use the bathmate for girth until I can afford the mityvac.

You can use a brake bleeder reservoir and convert an air pump to a water pump, check my log for details, I think I did it in October. If you already have a cylinder and hand pump it'll cost around $30 in supplies to convert. If you do not then of course you would need to purchase a cylinder and hand pump. Pumping to me has always been on par with ADS and considered supplemental, though many have gained with it.

I can see with these principles hot water pumping could be used for heat, though experimentation to reduce FR is to be made. Also possible clamping and increased intensity ultrasound as well as a few more ideas are floating around. I did not have any increased gains switching to girth my last campaign when length gains stalled. Kyrpa however did. Once I reach my end goal length I will fully convert to girth work. I hope to be fully done before I start school next fall for my master's.

@longswhat do you think about water pumping and air pumping? Do you think one works better than the other?

Also I'll say my girth has grown a little unintentionally from the fulcrums and back in June was doing bundles and fulcrums. So I would keep those in a girth focused routine. Kyrpa has been doing bundled hanging with US which sounds amazing. I could see traditional girth work or maybe xeno's mad creations being used afterwards for effective gains.

Seems to work about the same with water pumping being slightly favorable because of water pressure and ability to add hot water however is more messy and requires more resources to set up. Again I've used both but wouldn't attribute any of my permanent gains to it.

I have also gained some girth from bundled stretches too and I intend combining length and girth work together. But right now, I'm contemplating whether to wait until I buy a mityvac pump or just resume pumping with my X40 extreme.

I'm yet to decide but when I do, bundled stretches will surely be a part of it

Okay, I get you. But one last question. Have you ever pumped consistently for 6 months?

Well not for quite 6 months but I have pumped consistently in past. Enough to learn my way around it and make up my mind that's its not a vital part of my routine. There are some that, I'd wager most, that don't make permanent gains with pumping or if they do it takes an extraordinary amount of time. I mixed my pumping with traditional exercises. I can't actually recall gaining with pumping alone but again I've always felt it to be more supplementary like ADS and that was generally the consensus from others I followed. I don't view it as a reliable way to gain, I think most of the stress is actually absorbed by the skin, it being more supple than the CC's and tunica, which of course leads to FR or the donut effect. This can be seen by keenly looking at members who over pump or by doing so yourself.

I don't think it's impossible to gain from pumping and that it could still be used effectively in a well thought out routine as mentioned as a way to add heat with hot water and as a supplementary exercise. Check out Titleist at thunders and I think Haursen and Big Schwanz Acht here for pro pumping information.

I have so much confidence in the SSJ when combined with pumping. I believe so much in girth exercises and as long as I'm getting the right amount of expansion, all I need is consistency and the gains will come.

The dynamic duo!

Awesome insights. I hope you enjoy any further thoughts, and gains, you get from these principles! I edited my first part on BPSFL to reflect my new measurement recommendation.

We need to standardize the final consensus on specifications of US machine required for best results. @kyrpa thought once that a 3mhz was the way to go, but then decided to use 2 1mhz together at the same time. Manko007 decided to heat first at 3mhz and then use 1mhz to keep heat. Others have gone strictly 3mhz route.
