Testical health massage

hey guys

i sorta see a bit of turkey neck coming on and was wondering if the testical health massage stretches may have added to this.

the idea of stretching the scrotum makes me feel like im stretching the skin thus giving me minor turkey neck.is this false?

also are the stretches meant to be done as 60 reps.or stretching for a certain period of time pulling the scrotum down and the penis up?

When doing testicle health you are transferring skin from the shaft to the scrotum, if anything it reduces TN.

You can vary this to be what works best for you.
 
i think grip is extremely important when performing the testicle health massage. like OP's concern, i too wonder if the testicle heatlh massage doesn't further stretch out or even create a minor turkey neck. i would imagine gripping right around where the TN is would only stretch it but gripping right above it would be the preferred area. i think?

DLD, perhaps you can shed some light on the ideal grip to use when performing this exercise? also, were you able to reduce *your* TN using this exercise? (that is, if you had one)

I am pulling the scrotum down with one hand when I am stretching the penis up with the other and vis versa. I have to say that this exercise increased my scrotum hang and I have absolutely no TN. Now, if I was not doing Testicle Health I may have enormous scrotum webbing as all the skin I stretched which added to my hang may have ended up on the shaft.

thanks DLD. could you tell me where it is that you feel (or are supposed to feel) the stretch during the Testicle Health exercise.. at least for TN reduction purposes? I would guess that it is ideal to feel the stretch directly above the TN.. since feeling the stretch on the TN skin itself would likely make it bigger, at least theoretically.

This testicle massage is incredible. It has worked wonders for me and has given me larger nuts.

No problem. I think it is a huge reason why I never got turkey neck.
