Hey @SilentTBone , to be honest I haven't figured out how to use the silistretcher2 either. I am currently using an old extender I had - Jes penis extender as my ADS.

I'll just explain my issue if it helps - I am uncut and have a short flaccid length, so I have trouble getting my head into the chamber. Maybe if I had better technique I can get the hole you create when you pull the sleeve back over the chamber, bigger for me to stick my head into it. Right now my head just gets pushed back.

I've read that you could get yourself a little hard so that your penis has enough rigidity to go through the hole.
And I have also read that the silicap isn't necessary especially if you can't get it wrapped tight around your head.

Right now the best I can do is have the sleeve grip around and below my glans but in no way is my head into the chamber when I turn the knob. Part of the sleeve is pulled into the chamber though which could be damaging it.
I can feel a pull of my penis though but I may just be breaking it by using it in this way so I have just been using my JES penis extender. I feel the pull with this as well and have worked out how to keep it on quite discreetly so it appears to be working as an ADS for me quite nicely.

Hey @DLD , I have changed my wrapping style, just using the black tube the came with the lengthmaster instead of uncle jims wrapping. This is way more comfortable and I am able to do the bundled and normal stretches quite well.

I had been leaving out the testicle health massage because the warm up and stretch procedure would already take 40-50 minutes. I did do it in my latest session.

I also did my first session of jelquing although i am still researching into how to do it best.

Also just wearing my JES extender for a 2-3 hours of the day.

sounds good my brother I would have you also check out the SSJ as a better exercise them the jelq. It will bring girth very very quickly compared to the Jelq
 
I haven't done any PE for the last couple of weeks.
The main reason being is I can't seem to get it right with my uncut penis.
I have been reading that I could just be stretching my skin when using the lengthmaster and current noose ads.

I have tried to use them with my forsekin pulled back, but it is difficult to get the foam cylinder on for the lengthmaster as I am already short flaccid (before I would just pull my head through by the foreskin).

I have been able to get a noose ads on with the foreskin pulled back using some fabric as a cushion for the plastic noose, but it is quick to fall off. I may just need practice in this area.

I have also tried the swim cap method. My first tube was too tight so I could not get it around my head (but I could see how it could get an amazing grip).

The 2nd tube I made may have been too loose but I gave it a go:
The instructions said that you needed to pull back your foreskin and keep it back with 'gentle wrap'.
I don't have that so I just tried to pull back my foreskin and see if I could get it on tight around just under the ridge.
The problem is is that it gets over my frenulum which is pull my foreskin up to the head, so when I unroll the swim cap it just ends up sucking my foreskin up and in turn does not grip.
I may have to experiment a bit more with this, and maybe find a tube with a diameter between the 1st and 2nd ones.

This is all part of a slow process to find out what I can do that will definitely work on pulling my penis and not just the skin. Once I know how to do a correct technique that is at least semi comfortable, I will be persistent with my exercises.
 
Thanks for this post I hope I can help you. Have you thought about sleeves as being your wrap? These with effectively hold back your foreskin and allow you to clamp down just below your head. How are you wrapping right now? I would also like to help you with your routine once we get this right
 
I have put the sleeves on and they do pull the forsekin back, but their is a lot left over that I have trouble to fold back out again. I may need to cut them shorter.

I assume that you mean I would then put the black foam over the sleeve? I am very short flaccid, so both the sleeve and foam would cover from the base to the head, with the foam going beyond my head.
Before I would pull my head from inside the foam by pulling it by the foreskin. I may need to cut the foam strip as well.
Just as long as the LM being tightened with my head sticking out visible, I assume that the grip would good? - even if the rest of my penis is also in the LM?

Right now I am also considering just doing the stretches manually using gloves and leave the LM for later when my flaccid is longer. I have read this as something other uncut people have done to get a strong grip while they do stretches and rotary cranks/Side to sides with a better grip with the foreskin down. I've ordered the gloves and should arrive in a couple of days.
I would still use the LM to do the bundled stretches though, albeit without the foreskin pulled back.

I am also just using my noose extender without rolling back the foreskin. I do feel an internal ache/pull that makes me feel as if the extender is serving its purpose even if skin is being stretched as well.
I am alternating between pointing it down and up to get both my ligaments and tunica stretched respectively.
 
A couple things, I would lose the news and get yourself a piece of Velcro tape and use that to strap down with. The news is nothing but pain. And even better set up which cost a little bit more would be the VLC, this is the best attachment possible.

I think doing basic stretching for right now using gloves, which is very smart, make some good initial gains and from there we can move into the Lengthmaster
