Hey guys,

I am new to PE and am starting small at 4.1-2" EL and 4.3"EG. My goal is 5.5" EL
I have the Lengthmaster and Silistretcher.

The starting routine I have been advised to do is as follows:

Begin every worked out I doing 5 Minutes Bundled Stretches. These were pre-stretch your Tunica allowing you to take on much more size

First 2 months

Lengthmaster stretches
Stretching Routine:
Behind The Cheeks to the Center:
30-seconds x 6

Straight Down to the Left:
30-seconds x 3
Straight Down to the Center:
30-seconds x 3
Straight Down to the Right:
30-seconds x 3
Straight Down Rotary Stretches :
25-Cranks

Straight Out to the Left:
30-seconds x 3
Straight Out to the Center:
30-seconds x 3
Straight Out to the Right:
30-seconds x 3
Straight Out Rotary Stretches :
25-Cranks

Straight Up to the Left:
30-seconds x 3
Straight Up to the Center:
30-seconds x 3
Straight Up to the Right:
30-seconds x 3
Straight Up Rotary Stretches :
25-Cranks

Expressive Stretching
Low grip Lengthmaster Stretching
3 sets of 30 seconds

Erect Stretching
4 sets of 60 second stretches once per week. Grab your erect penis just below head and stretch straight out from there.

Testicle health Massage and Stretch
With favorite lotion grab your scrotum just above your testicles. Now in a rubbing motion massage each testy for 30 seconds rubbing between your fingers in a gentle but firm movement. Now massage all the fluid around your testicles for 60 seconds. At this point your scrotum should be very relaxed. Finally stretch your scrotum downward while the other hand pulls your penis upward. Do 60 of these. This will give you the heaviest and longest flaccid hang.

Pelvic Floor Muscle Fitness
100 quick Kegel squeezes
50 of the following:
Squeeze your PC muscle as hard as you can, hold for 5 seconds then slowly release for 2 seconds. When you have finished the 50 your PC muscle will be screaming. This is a good sign. Now to finish the exercise start squeezing and hold for 1 minute, if you get tired squeeze harder until the minute is complete.

Once per week get in 10 minutes of basic jelqing to help along blood flow.

Healing
After you have trained length you will want to use your ADS as much is possible at a moderate setting to help you heal in an extended position.

I have just done one session of the stretching component and have a few issues, that I hope you guys can help me with:
"Stretching Routine:
Behind The Cheeks to the Center:
30-seconds x 6"

Would this be pulling the penis back behind to the cheeks for 30 seconds and then resting, and then doing another 30 seconds?
Could I do it as part of the rotation with the down left, center and right stretches?

"Expressive Stretching
Low grip Lengthmaster Stretching
3 sets of 30 seconds"

As my penis is very short, I cannot adequately wrap my penis any lower then it is for the normal routine (although I can try see if I can work it out). I used my hands and just grabbed my penis near the base, and pulled left, center and right for 30 seconds each. Is this ok as an alternative do you think?

"Testicle health Massage and Stretch"
I tried this but did not notice any relaxation of testes or a larger flaccid hang. Is this step necessary every time? I will do it regularly if it is insisted upon other wise i'm thinking i can do it just once in a while, as I am not noticing much.

"Pelvic Floor Muscle Fitness"
Can these be done at any time of the day, or right after the stretching routine?

Silistretcher 2 issues.
I believe my Silistretcher does not work as turning the knob does not result in a turning of the screw inside so there is no suction action occurring.
Is this something that can be easily fixed or will I need a replacement?

What alternatives can I use as an ADS or something that will allow my penis to 'heal in an extended position'?
I have tried putting the sleeves contained with the Silistretcher package on by it is quite hard for me put on to be honest.

I would appreciate any advice and guidance you can give me.

Just a quick update. I had a read of the Silistrectcher 2 user manual and figured how to make it work as it should (had a hard object press up against it while I turned the knob).

Now I am wondering whether the full penis head needs to enter the device or can stay in the sleeve. I tried without the silicap, and managed to get good suction with the sleeve however my head did not enter the device. Is the suction just good enough to allow growth?

I am not circumcised and felt some skin irritation at the the top of my penis. I believe the silicap would normally fix this issue but I struggle to put it on.
 
Did you put this routine together yourself? If you did I am very impressed, you have done your homework. When somebody understands SRT on the level you understand it there’s nothing standing in your way of making incredible growth. I’ll keep watch over this every single day

Hi DLD, this is a routine you emailed to me. I definitely did not come up with this on my own.

I have done this routine for 3 days (using just the ADS for day 4), although I haven't done the kegels or testicle massage (except for the first day).

I have some issues though:

Expressive stretching:
As my flaccid length is so short I feel that I am pretty much doing expressive stretching at the same time as normal stretching. My grip is below the glands but extends pretty much to the start of the penis. I do just try stretching with my hand squeezed around the base, I hope this good enough.

ADS:
I must first state that I am uncut.
When I put the silistretcher it wraps around my glands and below.
I tighten the vacuum all the way and feel my penis is pulled. My penis tip does not go into the cap but my loose forsekin is sucked up.

As the grip is lower (around the glans) it does seem to me that I am pulling my penis and not just the skin.

There is a constant pull as if I am just pulling my penis with my hand. Is this a simple enough action for length gains to appear, or at least allow the penis to heal at an elongated state?

Also, I don't feel that sore over time, is it necessary for me to take rests breaks every 30 minutes, or could I just leave it on for hours?

Wondering what your advice regarding these issues is.

Expressive stretching sounds like you’re doing the right thing, just be as low on your shaft as possible.

have you tried retracting your foreskin before getting into the SS? That may be the problem. If that doesn’t correct it you can go to our expert and get the best advice at sales@mattersofsize.com

when you stretch you should stretch with as much strength as you can while staying safe. It’s very difficult to injure yourself when stretching so do not fear to go heavy.

Not everyone is going to feel soreness after training. Probably 80% of the men do but it’s not some thing that is necessary for gains to happen.

I may know another reason why I am having trouble with the silistretcher - the size I am using may be too small for me.
I ordered the 1.25" inch version instead of the 1.5", thinking that I was definitely on the smaller size with girth as well.

I am still waiting on the tailor tape I ordered to arrive, so I never did an actual girth measurement. But I have done crude measurements with strips of paper and found that my mid girth is a slightly over 4 inches when flaccid and 5 inches erect.
My head is smaller though, and I just from perspective I didn't think I would have standard girth with a well below average length.

Anyway it appears that I should have ordered the 1.5". I would consider ordering this in the future, if it necessary ( I hope I am not squeezing my dick smaller with the smaller size but I doubt that would be the case.)

The pull of my penis with this stretcher still assures me that I am healing in an extended state, however the size may be the reason I can't get my head partially in the chamber - a problem which may mean I am not getting the full potential of the product.

I will look more into the silistretcher forum and work from there.

Get yourself that new size and see if that resolves this issue. It sounds logical to me.

I did order the new size and it arrived earlier today. I just finished another round of PE, my first since my last message here.

I've got the bigger silistretcher on right now and it seems to be working better - but I still have some of the same issues as before.

I pulled my foreskin back and put the silicap on my glans, however their is still alot of air at the end. I could not get it wrapped around my head properly - Is this ok?

I managed to get the the sleeve holding tight a little under the glands, but the head of my penis is not in the chamber.
Is this ok?

Also I don't understand 100% is the purpose of the vacuum knob as a pressure device. Is it just the required compression required to keep the penis inside when exerting force, with the force being either weights or in my case the pull of the strap on my leg?

I would really appreciate and advice or guidance.

Have you read the directions that have come with your SS? All of these questions can be answered by simply reading the directions. If there’s something that is not there let me know or better yet let lightning know at sales@mattersofsize.com

The way you’re wearing it now, is that working better? Because what we really want from the SS is healing and that means getting yourself in the SS at a moderate tension to help assist in healing growth. What does your Lengthmaster routine look like?
 
Hey DLD,

It seems to be working better then before. I have more of the sleeve wrapped around my penis.

I am wearing it right after my PE exercise for around 1-2 hours in the evening.
And then sometimes during the day.

My LM routine is as above - warm up, bundled stretching, normal stretching and rotary cranks.

Do you recommend I do the LM routine in the morning and then wear the silistretcher?

Also do you think taking a cold shower in the morning will harm PE? I would be warming up of course before the LM routine.
 
That sounds best to me, get your hard-core stretching in and then allow to heal by using your SiliStretcher.

Some people do cold water warm-ups that they swear by. I’ve never heard anything bad happening so I will go for it.

Hey @DLD you have already created one for me, at the start of the thread - warm up (I use socks that I cycle through a container of boiling water and wait until they are cool enough to wrap around my penis) and then bundled stretches, stretches and rotary cranks.
I have been following that one however have not been doing the testicle massage or the full kegel routine.
I haven't tried any jelquing yet either.

Because of my issues with the silistretcher I am going to use an extender device I already have called proextender as my ADS. I am currently working from home so it is fine for now.
 
Also I was wondering if I should be feeling a fatigue or 'stretch' after the first week of excercises? Right now I do feel some pain, particularly with the bundled stretches but this is more of a surface, skin pain that prevents me from really pulling intensely - so I am wondering if I am not going hard enough.
 
Fatigue happens when we are trained to the maximum point, where it becomes difficult to attain an erection. In this short timeframe it is the best time to stretch since the pelvic floor muscles will not interfere.

Why are you leaving out the testicle health massage and stretch and jelqing?
 
Hey @DLD , I have changed my wrapping style, just using the black tube the came with the lengthmaster instead of uncle jims wrapping. This is way more comfortable and I am able to do the bundled and normal stretches quite well.

I had been leaving out the testicle health massage because the warm up and stretch procedure would already take 40-50 minutes. I did do it in my latest session.

I also did my first session of jelquing although i am still researching into how to do it best.

Also just wearing my JES extender for a 2-3 hours of the day.
 
Hey Terran do you mind messaging me and telling me how I can use the silistretcher2 for my routine. I just got it two days ago and it is very hard to put on
If you can a tutorial step by step or however because even with the tutorial online I still don’t get the concept
