swelling only from the left side

Short and clear : when i jelq i get a big swelling only from the one side, that gets bigger every time. I jelq with one hand but i switch the hands from time to time.

How can i fix this, because i dont want my penis to be curved ?
Can thiswelling become permanent curve ?
