The good problem to have is that once warmed up and 1 SSJ completed, I can't fit in the Mityvac cylinder! This could get expensive!

Hi,
Are there any tips for reducing donut effect from pumping?
I use the cap and sleeve and only pump for 5mins three times.
I have outgrown the 2" MityVac and am concerned that only going up to 2.25" will be a waste.
I.m 14.5cm girth, uniform on the whole shaft, but after warm ups and SSJ aim 15.cm. Plus the width of the durosleeve..... should I for 2.5"?
the 2" only lasted me 3 weeks......

Yes sir go check out the SRT thread and look for the 5×5×3 use that work out and you will never have a doughnut again

ah.......that's the routine that I am doing.
Am I super sensitive or doing something wrong? I always pump with cap and sleeve, I,ve outgrown the Mityvac cylinder after 3 weeks so have reverted to the standard x30 for now (no mods). recovery is warm down, c rings for 30mins, then wrap all day and night sometimes.

I’m surprise that you’re getting fluid retention. Maybe we can adjust the time A bit and see if that helps. Instead of going 5×5×3 how about going 3×3×3? We can do this first to see if it has any good reaction if not will have to adjust it again. Let me know how it works out.

I've reduced the pressure to 5-7hg and that has made big difference.....much smaller fluid retention.
Is this a good tactic? I.e.maintain 5 mins at lower pressure to give better benefits than higher pressure for 3 mins?

hi all, its overdue that I re-surfaced!
I'm hoping that 24hrs is enough of a break post workout to give an accurate measurement.......
If so then.....I'm super pleased!

I've gained 1cm MSEG since I joined MOS in late June......awesome SRT!

There needs to be some room for girth expansion right?

A shark will get only as big as the tank that it is in. ? yes, you need to go for a bigger tube. You need space to expand. I highly recommend that you go with a bigger Bathmate. I’m not entirely sure how big you are but there is a special come by Bathmate called the Wide Boy and it is a God send for men you need more room for expansion.

Thanks DLD. I love the enthusiasm., i'm not that big! I have the mityvac 2", this is the one that is too tight!. I'm just under 6" girth, but there is a good degree of expansion when i train, do i go for the 2.5"? I, this is the one that is too tight.
i swell quite a lot when training so thinking that together with the durosleeve mean that the 2.5" cylinder is the way ahead?
What do you think?

you want room but not too much room so I think the 2 1/2 will be perfect. I would also keep your smaller cylinder for length work if you have not maxed out length.

i'm eagerly awaiting delivery of my 2.5" cylinder to continue my girth gains.

Any thoughts:
1) on pros / cons of using a duro c ring whilst pumping as part of SRT routine?
2) doing some expressive stretching whilst pumping as part of the above?

Expressive stretching is pretty incredible I think you’re going to really love the intensity. I’ve never used the Duro C Ring but I don’t see an issue with it. Hopefully somebody that has tried it will chime in. But I am very happy that you are going to be doing expressive stretching because it is a whole new area to reap growth
 
Hey man I currently pump and pack my 1.75 cylinder I have a 2 inch cylinder I’m going to try to start packing. Post pics of you pumped. You’re going to be a horse if you can pack the 2.5
