Do I wear the sleeve at night?
When do I wear the rings and for how long please?

I wear either a SiliSleev or Wrap to bed. I prefer to use a wrap for bedtime use because overtime the SiliSleev will wear out and eventually rip. I got a wrap from Walgreens that basically has padding on one side and is very elastic so if you get an erection at night it wont slide and won't choke your dick. Once the erection is over it will look like nothing ever happened.

Wear a c-ring after your girth routines for 30 minutes - any more time is unnecessary.

The good news is that the first Mityvac pumping experience was amazing.
The bad news is that both the sleeve and the sleeve with the cap (my cap wasn't separate like the blue ones in the shop) have torn on the first wear.
I tried to be gentle, but wonder if there was a minor tear at the bases which exacerbated when putting on.
Appreciate any advice / alternatives!
 
I’m so happy you had such a good session it usually takes people a few sessions to get things mastered. So you’re way ahead of the game. As far is leave issues that I would send an email to sales@mattersofsize.com for replacement

I'm only a few days in to this program, but feeling good and getting used to the power of the Mityvac (aka MIGHTY-vac) and wearing the cap & sleeve for pumping and the sleeve for recovery. I'll wait a while before trying the sleeve for night time recovery (not that brave yet).

Is it ok to use some lube for the Compression Squeezes and the SSJ (my bottom hand has to move up during the exercise, right?)

Excellent pictures my brother this is gonna be so great for you in the future when you make comparisons. You’re measuring correctly also and make sure that future measurements are taken from the exact same place in the exact same way.

Training is going well, I'm loving the routine!
some swelling around the frenulum post pumping but it goes after a few hours rest.
I'm pumping with the sililcap (Sleeves ordered), and am now doing set 1, 7,hg, set 2 10hg & set 3 12 hg progressive increase with the pumping.

Question
does it matter if I split the set i.e. do the Compression, bends, testicle health and Kegels as an evening set? Or will I lose some benefit if its not all done together?

SSJ; There seems to be a few videos around with cross over naming conventions (or maybe I'm confused!)
Which is the correct exercise please?
Tere is one where hands compress toward each other and another exercise with one hand on the head pushing back toward the other hand that is compressing.

Appreciate you help!
 
When I made the exercise I originally called it the isolated compression squeeze but after a few months I change the name to SlowSquashJelq. The best video to watch on how to do this is located in the old site at www.mattersofsize.com/access go to the A.D. section and download the isolated compression squeeze
