I'm not an expert on this subject but I have been right where you are now. I was with a girl I really cared about and didn't want to hurt her. We tried it a couple of times and had to stop. She was always on top, that way she had complete control. She would start down and it would hurt and we would stop. She really felt bad about it. No doubt she felt worse about it than I did.
