Suggestions for advanced PC work?

I need some ideas for some better kegel routines. I currently do my kegels during the warm-up (rice sock). I do 300 quick kegels while stretching my penis a bit (to increase the load on the PC muscle). After this I do a 60 second kegel to exhaust the muscle. I need to progress though, any ideas?
