Stretching question, pertaining to angles?

Recently been doing some good stretching for the fuck of it, and realised that when i stretch down and ward upward i can feel a good stretch, but when i stretch straight out i feel nothing at all, almost like it there something holding my dick from stretching.>:(?:(?:(
Anyone have any experience with this?
Is length gains still possible through downward stretching only?

I don't know about the issue you have, but I can tell you- downward stretches will be MOST effective if you still have ligament potential. After you have maxed your ligs- just go for the tunica- upward SO hanging stretches :)
