Stretching Before Hanging

Bib states that he used to use very heavy weights to start off the day with so to really exhaust the ligs then he would drop the weight and continue to hang. DLD says that the force exerted from manual stretching are probably far greater than any weight you could hang with (up to 100lbs) so it follows that stretching before hanging must help pre exhaust the ligs to enhance your hanging session. Discuss.
 
Sounds pretty logical. Only thing is that your not going to be able to hold the strong stretch as long as you are going to hang there for.

But the aim is to pre exhaust the lig so the duration is unimportant during the manual stretches as you will be in a susatined stretch when you hang afterwards.
 
That's really good thinking. It also has the benefit of giving your hands a rest when they feel worn out.

I would question how much force you can generate while manually stretching. If I was able to pull with 100 pounds of force, I think my penis would be horribly damaged. It sounds like a good idea overall, though.
