Not long after I started Penis Enlargement 7 years ago, I started using a Maxxtender. I didn't need the extra cylinder that came with it then. Today, I started using my 3rd extra cylinder. It is not the only thing I have used over the years; I have tried lots of things and I always end up using the Maxxtender again. I am pretty rough on them and have had to purchase 4 or 5 and make modifications. I have made most of my gains with it and I also made some good gains from hanging. Penis Enlargement does work if you put the effort into it. Cheers!!
