I noticed that some of you are courteous enough to post videos, but you have poor video hosts.

When you find a video that you want to share:

1) SAVE IT TO HARD DRIVE ASAP so that you have it if the host that you got it form has issues later.

2) Host it on a relibale video host for free:

The most reliable and accomodating free video host that I have ever found is http://rapidshare.de/ . You can upload all kinds of files of all kinds of sizes . The only PITA is that you have to wait for a "download ticket" for free users but that doesn't take long and it can be bypassed, as I will explain.

Visit http://rapidshare.de/ , upload , save the links to share with people . You share the html link, they go to the site, the scroll down and click "free", another page loads, they scroll down and watch the "counter" count down for their "download ticket" which simply pops up the file to "right click save target as" ... automatically ... when the count down reaches 0 .

Also, I suggest doing this. If you don't, somebody will. You may as well do it.:

You can also simply visit the html link for yourself, scroll down and click "free", another page loads, scroll down and watch the "counter" count down for their "download ticket", wait till the file shows up , right click the file, select "copy shortcut" and "ctrl v" paste it on the forum for a direct link so that nobody has to wait for a "download ticket countdown".

I could name some other videos hosts, but I have never found anything better than http://rapidshare.de/ for it's relibility and accomodating versatility.

I honestly don't know if you're being sarcastic or not. It's the internet. Not always easy to tell.

If you are being sarcastic, my apologies for actually trying to help. No need to be a jerk. Ha ha. Funny. I noticed that many people still use hosts like "you send it" and some other lame ones. I also noticed that many hosts that they are using are from somebody else's paid bandwidth that is not a file hosting site. I also noticed that many of the video links are not working. I also noticed that there seems to be stickies for picture hosting, but none for video hosting. I am simply trying to help, that is all. No claim of a breakthough and no need for recognition. I understand that Rapidshare is old news to plenty of people. I just made my observations and thought it would be good to sticky no matter who posts it so that there would be a better chance at having faster and more reliable downloads and a decrease in dead links, poor hosts and stealing bandwidth.

If you were being serious then I take it that when you said "no one" it was a figure of speech to imply rare use and that you simply thought it was funny how many people know about rapidshare and how little it is used here among all the dead links and poor hosts. Still, no breakthrough.

The problem with rapidshare is there is an hourly download limit, and you can only download one file at once (unless of course, you pay).
 
you guys should also have a look at[Invalid / inappropriate link removed.] .. no account needed as well.
