I start preparing what you guys asked for, but I'll add to it later. I'm not new to PE. About 6 years ago I ran into the few PE websites that were here back then. One of them was the now famous PE Bible, which is very good but now it's a big limited. It seems to be limited to good teachings of jelquing and kegal exercises. I stayed loyal to it for about 5 years and gained almost 1/2 inch in length and and 1/2 inch in girth. I bought a BathMate from BathMate and then got VERY thick. I loved that. Length didn't grow at all. Plus, the base of my penis always looked embarrassedly skinny. It kept me from displaying it anywhere.
This last June I purchased the SizeGenetics system. I bought the conservative package, not the top package. All of sudden I started getting longer and a little more in girth. Their instructions weren't very complete, so I spent a lot of time experimenting on how I can do the stretching without all that discomfort right behind the head where I had it connected.
When I first read through this site, I was cautious about it and didn't get started. It seemed that all the exercises were way too rough. But after continual pain inside my shaft, I started digging into what you teach here. I saw quickly that all you teach makes sense and I'm not afraid of it being too rough any more. My cock has been around for a long time. It can take it. LOL (I'm 79 and have no intention of ever getting old. My whole body works wonderfully, if you know what I mean.
Now I'm addicted to your teachings and trying my best to follow your routines. I going to start using Phase 2 starting tomorrow. I'm excited now to get going with it.
Since I started using the SG, I quickly gained 2 centimeters in length in just about 6 weeks. The skinniness in the base of my shaft has filled out and matches the rest of my 6 inches in circumference.
I'll be purchasing more of the equipment you offer here as I can afford it. Right now I'm just a tiny bit over 7 inches (that's an overall length from my beginning 6 years ago of a full inch. WOW. So I know all this works.
Oh yes, I'm very impressed that you discovered the idea that keeping the penis in the elongated state between workouts. I think you're correct. I DID turtle after each workout. So I'm using the silisleev all I can, but I have to agree with the posts that I'm reading that they stretch out and get a bit week. I've only been using it 1 week and already it's not holding me in an elongated position. I sink down in it. I'm going to have to start using the second one.
