Ok @DLD , 4 month update. So far, only flaccid gains. My FSL is 6" and non stretched is aaround 4.75" and feels much fuller than it used to, so definitely so gains there despite the fact that I've been under training. Still using the stealth as a passive healer. My EQ has been off the charts as well. Can't wait to ramp it up when I'm able to purchase a silistretcher. Once i do so, could you help me with a good routine?

I would love to help you put a routine together it’s one of my favorite things to do and I don’t charge a penny. Are you looking only to gain length right now? What do you have in the way of tools? How much time can you dedicate to a routine? Are you sexually active? Do you have a good privacy where you are? Let me know some of these answers and we can work towards putting a awesome working together for you.
 
@DLD Currently looking for length though I've read about "shock loading" with girth to help gains, my equipment consists of an ebay extender and my hands, i usually have at the very least an hour at a time to myself, will be more sexually active in a month or so, privacy is no issue.
 
If you are only looking for Length just makes it very easy for me and you. I would do all of the newbie stretches, erect stretching, expressive stretching, Mandingo stretches, PowerAssist stretches using PVC pipe as lever, wear your ADS at a moderate setting to cement gains.

Look through these various stretches and give me some feedback on how they look for you. From there we can put something really good together.
 
@DLD , My current workout is 5 mins bundled stretches in the shower, 2 mins per side of mandingo stretches and extender use 1hr at bpel + 1/2" finishing in my stealth though now I'm feeling like i should order silisleeves because they seem easier

Since starting this routine have you seen any growth? It just seems as though you could get more in as far as your manual stretching goes. Or if you have a Lengthmaster. I explain the various ways we need to understand to make the best growth.

6 Needed Sources of Stretching
-Tunica Stretching(stretching what is already there)

- Ligament stretching(Preparing for what is coming)

- Expressive Stretching(Grabbing new gains from freely accessible inner penis)

-Erect Stretching (to cement the temporary gains)

- SiliStretcher active and passive stretching to gain length and secure it.

- Testicle health massage and stretch
(Increasing length and heaviness to allow for a longer and thicker flaccid penis)


Tunica
Tunica trading we can use Bundled stretches with Lengthmaster. This will powerfully pre-stretch your Tunica. Since the Tunica is so dense once you have stretched, it will never go back to his original form.

Ligament and Shaft stretching
Lengthmaster is preferred in this portion of basic stretches but can also be done manually. We want to always use basic stretching in any length workout, no matter how advanced we are. The reason for this is they hit every conceivable angle if possible growth.

Expressive Stretching
These stretches work to call internal penis outward. If you take your fingers and scrapes from the base of your penis all the way back you’ll feel inches of internal penis. This type of stretching gets to it very effectively.

Erect Stretching
There will always be a difference between your erect length and your flaccid stretch length So erect stretches become necessary to cement any new growth.

SiliStretcher or ADS
The difference between active and passive stretching is the intensity use. When going active this is when you are stretching to make new growth. Passive stretching is done at a moderate tension in order to cement length gains.

You’re looking for length only correct? Everything I posted Can be done manually. How much time do you wanna put into this?
 
Correct. I've only got about an hour or so for the next month, but once i move I'll have much more time to put in

well starting right away I suggest that you go for the newbie routine stretches and that should take about 30 minutes. But I will also want you to get in five minutes of expressive stretching and you can do this by gripping your penis at the extreme base and stretching from there. I would like you to do this every day with your newbie stretches. I would also like you to add erect stretches 3 days a week for 10 minutes. You can skip the rest of the newbie routine with the exception of the testicle health massage and stretch and the pelvic floor muscle training. You probably want to do the Testical health massage before you go to sleep. The pelvic floor exercises which are called Kegels you can do throughout the whole day every day.
 
Expressive stretches kinda just feel like I'm stretching skin. Is that normal?
Be sure be sure to grip at the extreme base but be sure you move all the skin above the stretching hand so you’re only stretching the penis not skin.

So pull the skin towards the base THEN grip? It also feels like I'm jelqing a bit because lots of blood gets pulled into my shaft and glans

Just the opposite you want the skin above your hand not below. you want to make sure you’re stretching tissue not skin

It's been awhile since I've been active, just moved to a new area and have been working my ass off between two jobs so i haven't been able to do much PE which has me back at square one. Honestly kinda glad to be starting over because i have much more knowledge than when i first started 6 months ago. ALL ABOARD THE GAIN TRAIN. That said, hope y'all had a good holiday season.
