I also feel the need to say that i told my older brother about my PE journey and he took it wayyy better than i expected. Genuinely thought he would give me shit for it, but he straight up said "if it helps you feel better about yourself, keep at it dude". Granted he got the big dick genes while i got the athletic/good looking genes, it felt good to be able to talk freely about it with someone.

Hey @DLD , i take Sundays off to drink beer and watch football with my dad. I get some intense soreness on these days, almost to the point where it's uncomfortable. Is this good or bad? I do some quick pulls when i go take a piss but otherwise zero exercise.

That’s a very good idea and I like that the time you’re resting you’re spending it with your father, I love the time my son spends with me. I think everybody needs a break sometimes and no one should ever feel guilty about it. This is a long game.

i’m pretty sure it is on sale right now and it comes with free shipping. Have a look and let me know. As far as the tension rating I’m not really sure I have that information maybe lightning does. But I know for my own self that using the new Deuro pro sleeves I can hang up to 15 pounds.
