I take it whenever Im going to have sex. I hope there are no long term effects. Its prescription but it is sold online I am sure. Oover the counter I think people talk about supplements such as L-arginine. Any others?

If I start getting semi's in public for whatever reason I kegel and my semi subsides. Kinda the opposite, just thought I'd throw that out there. Kegeling is almost a horniness inhibitor for me lol.
 
I have always been able to stay hard after orgasm. (I used to assume everyone could :s .)
You may want to try edgeing.
