hello,my name is confusedman and i am really confused.my LOT is at 6 oclock.i have to try hanging and stretching in high angles.my main concern here today is if the static stretcher( when i use it upwards) does tunica or ligaments work or something combined.i believe that if those stretchers do some tunica stretch i will gain what i need in a matter of time.this is very importart for me so i would appreciate any thought.
