Starting my PE journey - consistency + length focused

I started consistent PE on 1/1026 and I’m treating it as a long-term lifestyle. My starting measurements are 6.0″ length x 5.0″ girth (non-bone-pressed). My main goal is length, with a target of 8.0″ length and ~5.75″ girth, after which I’ll reassess.

My routine is simple and repeatable. I use heat before every session, do 30 minutes of length work with a HOG extender, and 10 minutes of light pumping on the lowest setting. Progression will come from time and consistency before increasing tension. After training, I wear a Total Man ADS for ~2 hours and sleep with passive healing sleeves to support recovery.

I’m 25 years old, 5’10”, about 165 lbs, lean with no fat pad, on my feet all day for work, and I have my mornings free for PE. Not sexually active right now—focused on discipline, consistency, and doing this right long term.

Sounds like a great start. Remember, consistency is king, so always be diligent in your work. So as you can gain as quick as possible.

Welcome, brother. Looks like you do have a great start in life with that measurement, and will be sized when you finally meet that special partner. What is your objective to reach with PE?

By the way, I'm moving it to the Routine and Progress as a personal log for you, since it's pretty much starting out as one.

My goal is to be objectively big and never have size limit my performance, whether I’m fully hard or not. I’m mainly focused on length and want to reach 8+ inches non-bone-pressed so size is never a concern. I’m taking a long-term approach and plan to work at this consistently over the next several years so I can be fully confident in my size for life.

And thanks for updating my post.
