Starting my late Log

Well its been few months now since i've been constantly doing PE, while keeping a log in my notes.
Makes no sense to not share it here with you so im starting it.

Almost 5 months of PE.

31/10/2024:

Heat
Manual Newbie routine as a warmup

Manual BS
DBS with LM ~ 10 min hard intensity Right bundle / Left bundle
BTC BS with LM ~ 10 min hard/ intensity Right bundle / Left bundle
BTC (no bundle) extreme intensity
Extreme intensity manual Expressive stretching, pulling from the base


25min hanging at night before sleep gradually adding weight until reaching 14 lbs

Silistrecher Min of 7 hours
 
Wow. Only a few months and you're at 14lbs. Easy there Hercules. 14lbs is awesome, but limit it to the first 5 to 10 minutes, and then reduce back to 1.5 or 2lbs. Don't over stress the tissues after the micro traumas from the prior hours of PE. At constant 14lbs for 25 minutes, I can see you're doing this after a full 8 hours of nothing but wraps or sleeving since the max traction you can get is around 900g of force. ADS is pushing into 2300g of force all day. Let's give the poor little guy some rest.

Im hanging after having done the routine in the morning, worn the sili stretcher till its time to do weight hanging.
I guess its an overkill to add that much weight, so i'll reduce if not eliminate the hanging exercise completely:)

Using the length master and the SiliStretcher together in one day is already enough work for your penis. I honestly do not see any need for hanging. Adding hanging to your routine is over training the penis
