Starting my late Log

Indeed there is a slight feeling of warmth, accompanied with a mid flaccid size.
I can say that since i've been going easy and not forcing the exercises like a maniac i started feeling this.
Aslo the erection is much stonger, probably from the psychological effect of growing.
I will be reporting the unusual feelings and changes from now on.
Ah..there it is. Your growth out is about to come very soon. Warm and hot penile shaft hours later is a major indicator your cellular activities are going wild. Congrats brother. Keep it up.

Updates:

I took 8 days from training, due to a wound on my shaft.
This was caused by wearing the silistrecher all night while sleeping.
I do it most of the time and i get superficial scratches that heal in a day or two max, this wound was deeper i guess and took more time to heal.
Only exercises i did were edging.
Starting to use the silistretcher again as of today.
Will wait until the wound is completely healed and start the routines again.

Note: for all the time i was doing PE, my intense workouts focused on below the hips direction stretches,( downward and btc), now im focusing on upward stretches and sideways, i can say i feel more tension there.

Upward stretches are great if you have the LengthMaster as the LM can pull 10x more than you can with your hands. When you are stretching upward you are going up against a very tight ligament so extra strength is needed. Downward and BTC stretches can be done by hand as you are stretching from a position that is very easy in the way of results but alll of these stretches can be done by the LengthMaster that will immediately cause growth, even in a week! Sideways stretching is good as long as you are in a straight out or downward position.

I immediately felt the difference when stretching upward, and that little bastard of a ligament needed some stretching to reach a new lentgh record.

I always do it with the LM, nothing comes close

It's perfectly fine. You are stretching two groups of supporting muscles that hardly being acted upon unless you religiously use all of DLD's exercises. If you are doing extreme left and right, consider yourself entering into the real intermediate zone. These extreme left-right build rigidity to the penile shaft in the long ring, preventing the penis from strafing left or right during strong erections. It also helps with penile fractures due to complacent extreme sexual acts. Ahhh..not a whole lot of people pointing that out.

Today, i finally pushed away from 21 and measured 21,5-21,7 cm flaccid stretched post workout, thank God.

The trick was in treating my workouts as gears, 1st week 1st gear,
2sc week 2sc gear
3rd week.., 4th week..5th week rest.
And start all over again.

I took this system from bodybuilding, i know ol hates the comparison.
