Wow. Coming in hard and heavy. Make sure to record how strong of a hold you have on your SSJ. This will give you info on the latter days about how much positive pressure you place on your intenal tissues as you progress. Some love to squeeze the life out of the penis, while some like it nice and gentle.

This is just a suggestion to take advantage of the jelqs you're doing already, especially the downward jelqs, how about doing a 90% restrictive downward very very very slow SSJ, holding two OK grips at the base of your penis, slowly sliding from the base to the middle of your penis for the next 3 minutes.

What you're doing is getting semi-erected, or fully erected if you can, grab your penis at the base, tighten both hands in a double grips using your thumbs and index fingers, and slowly pressurize your penis in a downward single very very very long stroke for next 3 minutes.

Why is this? You're take all the advantages you've done so far in stimulating the nerves and blood vessels to move the blood, and how, you're creating one final ballooning attempt before you use the SiliRings. It acts like you're in the middle a sex orgy with, optimizing the dopamine and oxytocin levels before the urge to explode inside the vagina. This is also true when masturbating, and before you blow the load, you do the same thing. It trains the mind to not ejaculate too early.

i would do this with no hesitation, i'm trying to learn how to do it right, and efficiently.

Funny thought is, after i finished the workout i thought about a finishing move, i didn't know that i could ssj downwards like you described here.

Inner sharp pain is over stretching due to excessive force. Left sharp pain could be over stretching one side over the other. The left tunica tightness may be exceeding the right, and we instinctively add more pressure to the right side when we push, rather than pushing in equal pressure. Rest a few days, and start back slowly again.

Light workout since i took more than a week of rest, and im starting again while slowly building up the intensity to gain as much as possible before my next cool off period.

I found this strategy to be working and healthy.
 
yeah. i thought that too, till i ended up here. its pretty dark so far. for a really long time now
sometimes, you can't do anything but pass the time in the darkness until God brings back the light.
Its not easy, i have been there many times despite my young age, you just gotta sit it trough until its done, and eventually, at the end, the patience is rewarded, hang in there brother, sooner or later you'll recover

Im finally rocking a solid hard 19cm erect bone pressed, 20 cm is not that far 😄.
 
Out of curiosity, any unique boner in the middle of the night during the resting phase after the days of routines?
I have to state that i've been dealing with a chronic stress that impacted my erection severely, and that rest period coincided with a proliferation of that mental state, so no, not really, even my libido dropped.
However these days and i guess due to some emotional relief and not going too hard as i used to, i had a serious boner and
felt my pelvic floor being stretched hard.

Me too but I am getting erections through the night. You need to stay in the moment and let the stress go. Prayers are very helpful to keep you in the moment

Hello gentlemen, how was your week?


Some inconsistency in my routines but i try to compensate by more time under tension.
Slowly building up the intensity and aiming to add another 0.5 cm by the end if the month.

I figured that this cycles works best for me, so far.
1st week : Newbie routine using the Lm, no bundles, Normal intensity.
2sc week : Adding more time under stress
3rd week: Same routine, adding bundled stretches, and Aiming for High intensity dynamic stretches, btc included.
4th week : rest, only silistretcher is used with deep tissue massage.
Cranking the intensity up exponentially adds that 0,5cm fast, im now testing if having few weeks of low to normal intensity stretching prior to the hard phase will add more than 0.5 cm.

I have a feeling he may be hitting a growth spurt very soon. Curious brother @Growing4Squirting, does your penis feel warm or slightly hot a few hours after the routine, or even in the middle of the night?
Indeed there is a slight feeling of warmth, accompanied with a mid flaccid size.
I can say that since i've been going easy and not forcing the exercises like a maniac i started feeling this.
Aslo the erection is much stonger, probably from the psychological effect of growing.
I will be reporting the unusual feelings and changes from now on.
