starting back up with ease

I've been on an injuring related break for a couple weeks due to a clogged lymph-something or other. I don't know how much longer I can wait to start up again. During this time I've kinda stepped back and took a look at my pe carreer and I think I've definately been a bit too rough on the little guy. I didn't warm up and cool down properly, exercised to intense for too long, and didn't give enough down time for full recovery. I'm really not sure how long or intense I should go with the exercises when I start back up. I wanna start from scratch with my perspective on pe. What do you guys think as far as time goes how long should I spend streching and jelqing(waiting a while to start clamping again)? And since I won't be clamping what do you think about throwing in some uli's and whatnot?
 
There's no hard and fast rules, since everyone's body is different. I can tell you how long it takes me to recover, how much my penis can handle, etc., but that's only important to me. Right now I'm trying a more intense, shorter time Penis Enlargement approach, though I did lower intensity, more time for the past 10 months. Uli's are great as long as you don't get a bad discoloration from them, as I did. Just take your time getting back into the routine, and push yourself from there. It's great you decided to come back!
