standing a stretch

i have found if you do the a stretch standing strait up it is much more intense. what i do is bend over a little get in a good a stretch grip with baby powder or a piece of toilet paper then stand strait up. try it see what you think. nothing new really
 
yeah Ive noticed this with downwards streching siting down then standing while doing it and sterching with your torso aswell as your arms
