hi everyone, could someone please explain to me what a squeeze is and how you do them. I keep hearing people hark on about them being so good for girth and safer then the jelq, but can never find anything about them when i do a google search.

Jelq for 10 to 20 min then while you're still greased up with vaseline (or whatever lube you use) then squeeze your cock like this...
1. okay grip with your palm down and pinky finger in direction of the head of your cock
2. squeeze the okay grip and then
3. slide your hand a little towards the head of your cock and then
4. squeeze your ring finger for (about one second each squeeze) 5 really good squeezes then
5. switch hands and repeat
6. do 5 reps with each hand, alternating, until you get to 50
Tips on how to tell you've had a good workout and got really good expansion: there are two ways
1. it will feel like the head of your cock and the underbelly of your cock is gonna split open while you're doing a rep
2. you'll notice red dots on your head as you clean up which go away and are not a problem
You need to be between 80 to 90% erect but not 100%.
