Do you guys use squats in your routine?
I just did a bunch, then my hanging and stretching routine and got more benefit than I usually do. I was also way more pumped than I usually ever am.
Im thinking of always doing my routine right after doing a bunch of squats.
What do you guys think? and have you guys have experiences with it?
