It’s going to get worse (or better, depending on how you view it) as I’ve another daughter due at the end of June...plenty more early morning PE sessions on the horizon...

Very good expansion...finger width gap between forefinger and thumb during height SSJ. Estimating at least 7 girth at that point.

I feel like the end of the month can’t come soon enough. At the same time I’m quite apprehensive...I’m just hoping I’m not wearing the emperors new cock...it definitely seems thicker and longer though, so let’s see!

Thought I’d mention that I’ve been taking cold showers for brown fat activation (to aid calorie consumption and thus lose weight) and for testosterone boost. I’ve been doing this for the past week or so after my last BM set (which is a cold water set.). BM sessions have taken place in a hot bath and have been preceded by festival massage and stretch - past week or so which has really helped with the abdominal pain and festival discomfort - no longer have to put the boys in the cylinder either!

None at all. Full flaccid I have worn a bobble (hair tie while showering, that might be the trick... Seems to stay longer maybe even after removing the tie. I’ll try cold shower without a hair tie and see how we go on. I would expect shrinkage ordinarily but I might be getting conditioned to it, or, more likely, the lack of shrinkage relates to the final cold water BM set. I’ll try the cold shower without tie after a cold water final set tonight.

Yesterday (19.05.2020) two brilliant sets of BM 6x5x6 (minimum as evening went on longer but didn’t count beyond 6 sets...also tried a few very quick sets at max, straight out to level and ok grip clamp and straight back in with the intention of forcing erections at max length as many times as possible/comfortable to prepare for a step up in max cylinder length (too uncomfortable to stay at max for any meaningful length of time hence lots of micro sets)...was able to go a little bit further each time. with final cold water set, hair tie and cold shower. Hair tie for around an hour. Two tie methods, one looser for balls and penis, one tighter for balls then doubled over penis. Tighter stays on for around 20-25 mins, second for around an hour.
 
Today, very good set of 6x5x6 - will start to reduce super set duration as eq cannot be maintained. A lot of super set has been used for semi erect bends/v stretches to cc’s at intervals up shaft on both sides whilst still slightly expanded in any case. This might be helping as it (cc tunica) is already well warmed up and more plastic.

I’m still hoping for both girth and length. There is just something about the BM that appeals to me. I think it is just a genuine sense that things are improving daily...some kind of visible progress...(it might well be temporary however...) and I think that at this early stage it would be nice to see something substantial as a motivator. I’m still stretching as well but it’s more sporadic (yes, DLD, I know, it’s kind of another way of saying less consistent...) and will get back to the program once my honeymoon period with the BM has worn off!

But yeah, at the moment I think there is more girth improvements than length improvements but I have a strong sense I’ve imprived in both aspects. I’ll take a 48hr decon at the end of the month in prep for the measurement in any case to get a more accurate read on anything permanent.

I’m not nervous though...

Couldn’t get into my evening BM session. Completed 3 decent sets of 6 mins with kegels...tried to hardcore stretch on the fourth set but experienced pain (almost a tearing sensation (sharp burning? Not like skin stretch however) in pelvis where leg meets groin...both sides...and lost all motivation...unable to get my head in the game after that...

Will try again tomorrow am.
 
Keep going with the cold water and keeping really good track. So many others have started this and never follow through, it would be awesome if you could prove some points around cold water training.
 
So, had a brilliant 6x5x6/7 ish session this morning. Photo is angled away so when penis is perpendicular it is above label top. I use the slanted angle as my benchmark in any case.

Got to the top of the label with ease and had brilliant expansion and EQ. A lot less discomfort but I did drop a 30/500 co-cocodamol around 15 mins before hitting the bath...I would not endorse taking pain killers to PE but hey, I had a jump I needed to get over...

I had a cold set to close and then a cold shower sans hair tie as promised and I still have a 7 inch bone pressed bone stretched flaccid at time of writing (shower was at least 20 mins no jelqing during shower and no fluffing since.).

The flaccid length is comparable to my regular flaccid length when wearing a hair tie. I’m wondering if this is now somehow my permanent flaccid...?

I pumped balls in for the last two sets (one warm, one cold) and did not kegel for the cold but took it up to just over 8.5 inch on the BM label and left it there to ensure fluid retention as I was inspired to try for a bit of extra skin for extra growth as per Kong197’s thread below.


I’m confident the fluid will be gone in a couple of hours as is usually the case if I have any (normally don’t but it happens from time to time). This may be aided by the cold set and shower.

I’ll photo before going in this evening for state of retention.
