Sore glans remedies?

My intuition tells me only really rest is the answer but thought I'd ask anyway, has anyone found anything to help with sore glans? Maybe a cream of some description? I do manual stretching everyday & wear a vacads & now the inside of my wife feels like she's lined with sandpaper lol, any help would be appreciated.

You need to get two things. One, Hydrocortisone, this you will use everyday after a workout. Using a small amount rubbed in will eliminate chaffing, itching, redness, etc. The second thing I would get is Bacitracin. If anything becomes an open sore you will want to have Bacitracin on hand as this will cause healing so much faster and scaring is greatly minimized.

The guys have given excellent advice, just don't use up all the Hydrocortisone Cream before having to replace it, out of respect for your wife.

Use some hydrocortisone on head twice a day and you will heal quickly
