I don't know if any of you do this already, but today I tried something a little different. When I did my power stretch to my left and right I would use my second hand to get extra pull and then hold a lunge to the opposite side. So if you pulling to the right, lunge far to the left.
It was a pretty extreme pull for me. If you do this be careful. I wouldn't recommend it for people new to pe.
