I could be wrong. OR this could already have been posted here a million times. But I'm new here and certainly cant sift through the millions of posts here. BUT given my background in fitness I can only assume that proper diet and supplementation might aid the slightest bit in growth.
I have seen guys here say they take Arginine to help with blood flow to their penis. I would also recommend Glutamine which is an important amino acid that aids in the recovery of tendons and tissue! It is often supplemented to cancer and aids patients to help form "wasting" as well as a good whey protein that helps rebuild muscles that have been worked. I'd say 5g. of glutamine before bed at night which is when your body does its healing and recovering.
