When you are at the 3rd picture stage instead of pulling up (like you did in the 4th pic) just keep your fist where it is and twist your wrist. Although I pull it up sometimes as well to change things up.
just keep your hand like it is in diagram 3 and try to make the opening in your hand point up towards the sky rather than straight out. Let me know if that made any sense
when you are in the position you are in pic three..keep that hold but just flex your rist upward..like you are trying to put the top of your fist into your stomach or belly button..if that makes sense
