If true how do you maintain that gain?

That could happen but it is not the norm. A good gain rate, on average, would be 1"-1.5" in 6 months.
 
I don't know how much one can gain, nor the permanence of the gains, as I have only been at this for 1 1/2 months.
But, I DO believe, that I was making much better progress before my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] broke, and look forward to having it back in my regimen soon.

Ah i see, so maybe do some Penis Enlargement in conjunction with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]?
 
If I had an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] I would definitely combine it with manual Penis Enlargement, as I'm really feeling that after a length session my dick is turtling and I have the impression that therefor no gains are going to happen. So 1 hour of length work + 4 hours of [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] everyday and you gain for sure :).
