Snapped the base rod!

Can anyone tell me how I can replace a one of the baserods on the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Penis [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Extender[/words][/words].
It's the thin piece that taps into the hinge located in the plastic harness and screws into the spring loaded arm. Do they make replacement parts?

yeah I snapped my FastSize like that, been using it with only one pole! just put a lot of extensions on, and leave it screwed into the base, then every hours (only wear it for two) I rotate to the other side. :-(
 
Yea i dropped it taking off and snapped both sides because it was unscrewed to increase tension so much. so i put some rubber cement in the threads and screwed it back into the base. that was about 6 months ago. been fine since

Good fix. There are also spare parts available on their site.
 
For those of you that have a similar situation, I've gone on the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Sizegenetics[/words] site and twice emailed the support group, to which I've gotten no response. My first email went out on the 30th of Sept.

I had the exact same problem. I just ordered a replacement handscrew. I think that's the same base rod you had snap. Thanks for sharing the link.
 
I understand they have to charge a lot for the spare parts to prevent people from building their own units, however it would be nice if we could get an [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] discount on the parts as well. It is almost worth it to just buy a second device.
