Smoking..adverse affects on progress

What about smoking? I am not a heavy smoker. I smoke maybe one or two cigs a night after work to relax and chill. On the weekend I smoke maybe a pack if I go out and party. Does it have super huge effects on my progress if I do that?

Do your self a favor and quick. I was a smoker and about a month or two after i quit I started getting bigger erections and had more [words=http://fleshlight.sjv.io/c/348327/302851/4702]stamina[/words]. Smoking fucks with the circulation system. So there for it will effect your erections and possibly gains. I wasn't Penis Enlargementing at the time so i don't know how it effects Penis Enlargement.
