Every traction devices have their good points and bad points. Even the cheapest ones can be used but it will require a bit more modification to increase comforts. I can tell you that the most expensive ones still need some level of modification to maximize comforts. However, there must be a progressive transition state where you precondition your penis. Your penis has too much sensitive skin tissues, nerve endings, and blood vessels. Too much traction force too fast of a short time period can cause not only discomforts, but also injuries. Two step process under the
SRT program. First is the newbie routine, commonly lasts between 4 to 8 weeks. This is called the transition period where you train your penile tissues to adapt to the new stress loads you're placing on it. The
SRT (<- now is a link) provides specific instruction on how to stretch by hands, the routine, and the time per set to allow the tissues to get used to the PE (penile enhancement) requirements. Just like any form of exercise, there must be a transitional period to go from light to heavy workout.
Once the newbie period is over, this is where you will transition into the moderate level of training. Same newbie routine exercises, but you will be adding more traction forces and different angles. Again, you ddon't just pull your penis until it breaks. You start light to get the tissues warmed up, switch to moderate pulling to get your penile tissues engaged, go heavy to push the tissues to break, back to moderate to ensure the tissues returns to semi recovery mode, and wrap your penis up in an elongated state to keep the penile tissue healing in a longer than normal fashion. That's a nice first two weeks of newbie routine. As you enter into the fourth and sixth week, you can increase the 30 seconds to 60 seconds, priming your tissues further. Make sure that one of your five to six exercise routine contains a bundled/bundling exercise, where the penis is twisted in one direction while you pull, and then twist into the other direction of the same degrees of twisting and pulling strength.
