Sorry as I wasn’t clear in my last post. What was referring to was the length some have use to wear an extender at. It can uncomfortable and no easy to hide.

Al the extenders are outdoor also and indoor. When it's winter time (winter jacket) no one will notice. When it's summer. Tshirt or sweater only, then this would appear. Other extender appear more then the others.

You're only lucky if someone happens to wear at the monthly suggested tension that happens to be right under the belt.

But most at the time when you tighten the belt to much punching the glans it's uncomfortable.


So lots of it depends on the situations you in on
 
You guys should contact affirm! Or even come up with your own one day affirm is a way to buy products and make payments on them so for people like me who want something right away but don’t have all the money at the moment I think would make sells go up and more people would make getting these amazing devices a reality !

Interested to see it. Changing devices has got me back into PE bit now. I may add another device over time to play with.
 
I plan on buying this in a couple of months and I'm super excited. I've been trying to get my hands on this extender for years. Do you guys think you'll sell parts and accessories for the extender, such as bars, suction head and the belt that someone mentioned? Also, if you guys can, could there be an updated video of a member putting on the extender? That would be great.

This is indeed a welcome development. MOS has made PE so easy for everyone. In the next 3 years, there will be so many members with an 8 inches penis.
 
I'd like to keep an eye on this for when I get back into PE fully. I have the SG, and my biggest complaints with the device were the inner width of the base ring, the scrotal burn you'd get in pretty short order, and the sheer amount of wrapping I'd need to do to not get my glans murdered by the noose. This looks pretty great, and if I can get some glans gains out of it too, that'd be an added bonus. How large is the actual glans container? What sort of maximum girth can it contain? My glans gets fairly large when I'm fully erect, so I'm hesitant.
 
I would like to get the sizedoctor soon, when I have the money. It looks like it would solve my problems that I have with the SG.

The suction and using the silisleeves combo looks like it would be tough to have slippage. Also more comfortable.

I have a couple questions.

Can you put the head attachment on first before putting it on the bars, like with the SG? Or do you have to do like what is in the video, keep the sizedoctor together and slide in it?

Yes.

Also, to clear things up, allot of people think phallosan invented this method of stretching. They didn't. Strapping is a concept thats been around way before phallosan, they just did allot of marketing with it. In fact, Uncle Jim has been using this concept since the 70's and brought it to my attention in the 80's.

And that is the God honest truth! This was invented this before long before MOS. Uncle Jim has been doing this for more than 40 years! Again I am MOS takes the cake

I’m so impressed with how quickly you were able to make these modifications! This shows just how valuable it is to make our own products as we get advice on the fly and are able to implement it didn’t make sense.

I tried this with really soft adhesive foam tape, ended up ripping the skin off just under the urethra...blood. everywhere. ? I think tape is for the conditioned tip and not to use longer than an hour at a time. Always check in. You can always check and notice anything before it happens, not after.
Great idea, just be careful as well. Just thought I’d throw that in for some extra consideration for who ever tries.

Has any one suffered with blisters?
I think I might buy one, I have the phallosan however I feel like the irritation that occurs is ridiculous and it's literally on enough tension as a healing position. I go from hanging to phallosan, if I'm home I'd rather just lighten the tension and pop into the size doctor then when I'm out and about maybe the phallosan unless you think it would just take over the phallosan all together.

Also why the price difference for the size doctor, one is around $280 and the other is around $200?

Very keen to get one the more I look at it. Haha.

Is there pictures of the belt system in use?
And are they ready to be shipped?

For a product that seems so damn good, there are hardly any videos or pictures of it actually in use, no video review. Do I have to go and be the first one?! Any sponsor deals going for this thing? LOL BUT serious!
Full video review every week, pictures, before and afters, full routine up for display with notes.

Reviews are starting to come in but understand this product is very new. It was in development for quite a while but it was only released a few months ago. Also understand that it does not come with the belt system but you already have the belt system from your Phallosan which you can use in conjunction with the SizeDoctor. If you check out the PhalloGenetics you will get a better idea of one of the other modifications. Blisters have not been issued as the sleeves we carry our very thick and high quality compared to the phallosan. I would not rush yourself into buying it until you read some good reviews and they are starting to come in. More videos will come, many reviews will come too.
