HOW TO USE THE SIZEDOCTOR

When you first get your SizeDoctor, it will come pre-set for an erect 4” penis without tension. You want to adjust the SizeDoctor length by adding extension rods to equal your erect penis length. This measurement is the distance between the bottom of the brown retention base to the top of the brass caps on the orange vacuum bulb.

Girth Fixing Bands (Grey Sleeves)
Sizing the correct fixing band for your girth

The national average flaccid penis girth is 3.66” circumference. We ship the SizeDoctor with the #3 grey fixing band pre-installed based on the national Flaccid Girth (FG) and calculating use with our blue SiliSleevs

To be more accurate, measure your FG and choose the proper fixing band accordingly and use the next size fixing band if using with the SiliSleevs.

How to wear the SizeDoctor
1) Put a little water soluble lube on the head of your penis.

2) Place the SizeDoctor brown retention base against your pelvic bone with your erect penis centered in the middle of the base.

3) Unlock the metal retainer clip on the top of the SizeDoctor orange vacuum bulb.

4) Attach the black adapter to the grey vacuum pump bulb. Attach to the valve with the o-ring on top of the SizeDoctor orange vacuum bulb.

5) Press the SizeDoctor orange vacuum bulb towards the head of your penis and pump the vacuum pump bulb to suck your penis inside.

6) Once you are inside, remove the vacuum bulb and adapter, press the the black valve post in and engage the steel retainer clip.

How long to wear
For the first week wear the SizeDoctor for a total of one hour per day. Use the SizeDoctor for 20 minutes reps at a time, remove it, massage the penis for 3 minutes then repeat the process up until you complete a one hour session for the day. Repeat this practice each day for the first week.

Week number two, increase the duration of reps by 10 minutes at a time before removing to massage your penis. You will also increase the daily total time of use up to two hours a day. At this time you want to increase the length of the SizeDoctor extender to an additional .2” (0.5cm) by adjusting the rods.

By week number five, you can wear the size doctor 3~6 hours a day and up to 60 minutes at a time before removing to massage.

Each week you want to add 0.2” (0.5cm) to the extension of the rods (the shortest rods) to gain length.

There are beautiful design in a very powerful as an extender. There’s never been a design like this they’ve always worked in the bottom up but the system works on the top down, very original. I also love the gold colors and makes it look very rich. Just another great product or bring them to the brotherhood
 
I have one of these and it doesn't work on me because I have a penile skin bridge and lose suction. Cool design and a sturdy piece of equipment.
 
this device looks very tempting... noticed you can only wear it for 1-2 hours at a time as recommended....DLD why is this the case? interested in how this would compare to phallogenetics setup, which can be worn all day
 
The warning of 1 to 2 hours I give on any piece of equipment than the Phallosan as that is what the manufacturer suggests. Of course man he can go longer but keeping safety in mind I always go with the most safe advice. But you know i am trailblazer, I’ll try anything it will help me gain. the amount of time suggested to wear is maybe what he meant. I am curious about this compared to the phallosan. The phallosan causes my tip swell quite a bit. To the point that it has stretched the skin at the tip so much that it kind of has little flaps at the opening.(this has made me mostly abandon PE, just kinda gave up). With the size doctor setup I'm wondering if that sleeve and cap setup will pull a little differently on the tip. If I use the BM everything gets stretched so it's not as big of a deal. It just seemed to be concentrated with the phallosan

Tape your urethra opening with tender tape in a cross pattern or wrap with blue tender tape (what I do) and will eliminate swelling. Hope it helps.

I imagine you've tried another size fixband for the problem. Try a band that will suck the glans in but first pul a hair band (or similar) over your penis. Then wear the device. Then suck the glans in. Then the hairband pul it up around the fixing band so the opening wil be more elasticated. So no air wil escape. Then close it with the metal closer. Then let all the air out. Problem solved. Do you understand me?

If you do then there's another option while you followed the above:

If it's still bit loosened. Grab the hairband and pul it up over the metal closer, now you've tightened (the opening of the silicone band) even more. No way you loosing suction now ;)

I think the problem is that you think to do whole session with the vacuum. The vacuum is only to suck the glans in. The intention of the device is the competition with other devices of how to comfortably hold the glans. People are complaining about the belt or about a nose strip etc in other devices. So this is only to suck the glans in. And suck the vacuum out again. Now you have what every stretcher does: traction.

And now there is no problem with how long you're wearing the device because just wear it at the point you can't bare it. Just like jelqing and hanging and sizegenetics and maleedge and andro etc. That can be half an hour or 2 hours in a row.

But if someone thinks to do a whole session while the glans on full vacuum. Then consider that the manufacturers of the glanspump (that exist a long time: Glans pumps) are recommending 15min full glans pumping session.

So now you created the problem that you can't wear the sizedoctor no longer then 15min (to prevent damages and complications) Because you made it a "bathmateGlanspump" yourself

Nice! Please try it out. But before you do measure your base girth. This strange device seems that it does effect that to!

And don't use oil that u use to use, but use the gel that comes with that. Because I have used almond oil and it ripped 4 fixing bands apart, silicon and oil is not a good match, have fun!

OK Fam,

Even if I intend buying this device, getting it to my country is a problem. I remember when I wanted to buy the X50 extreme and I asked dld if he could help me receive the money and buy it for me, but he couldn't help. So I'm stuck and disappointed at the same time.

My SG is just not comfortable for the maintenance work I do these days. I got to 9 NBPEL and then lost about .5 inches because I wasn't doing maintenance work or cementing it over time. I picked up the PeniMaster Pro adapter (not the whole system) to put on the SG, which I have just started using, but this system is essentially what I did in one package, MUCH cheaper than the 2 combined.

Have you or DLD used it yet to see what the comfort level is like? Does anyone know if it is as comfortable as the Phallosan, PeniMaster? Good for long time wear (night sessions or 6+ hour work)?

Comfort level is different as it uses a reverse process like no other extender, so the comfort is much better with the set up than with the traditional set up. It also has great value for stretching internal penis or doing expressive extending. It’s almost twice as strong as the SizeGenetics.

A big reason why the comfort level is so much better with this device to other traditional extenders is the base diameter is very large not causing pain as other extenders with smaller diameter basis.

I know exactly what you are saying about the base. I am currently wearing one right now as I type this and have had it on for about 4 hours so far. Even though I have average girth, my base is a little thicker and the stretch is insane. I think I have it at about 8lbs of tension now which is overkill for this long of a session but I guess there is something about knowing you have the extra tension if needed.

Also the attachment system is so comfortable. Once I put the silicone silicap on, I used a drop of lube and pumped two times and I was fully in the bell. Another cool thing about the silicap is in the past with other vacuum extenders made my head bruise or fatigue and so far I can say slippage or discomfort.

With the sizegenetics, I had to constantly adjust the damn comfort system due to slippage so I eventually stopped using extenders due to the headache and trying to find a wrap that worked.

I don't think the mity rings really have any benefit with this system but I guess I can use them for pumping sessions.

Plus it looks so sexy on my cock, I'm gonna rock a gold chain with it and hit the club LOL

The standard base of the SizeGentics be came a issue quickly to this and gaining girth that it was irratating the scrotum. This lead to getting the X4 labs wide girth base which helped with figment but the thin ring causes rubbing issues.
Even using the VLC, extending has been a pain.
I wouldn’t even mention the need for those of use that need extra extension rods. But glad to see this comes with enough to accommodate for more than length.

Yes, at the base there are small gold adjustable posts. You slightly loosen to adjust to position and then tighten the posts. I will snap a picture in a bit to show.

I've never tried the x4 labs but this base is much more comfortable then the SizeGenetics for sure. I felt more of an internal stretch unlike SG which seemed to prevent internal stretching due to restricting.

The genius of this extender is the reverse operation. The ability to stretch in this direction will favor bringing internal penis outward, being a expressive extender in a sense. I also enjoy the amount of intensity in normal use. Seems to be quite a bit more intensity them Sizegenetics. This is a very good interchangeable extender with the SG. I feel there’s a place for both the size doctor and the this is a very good interchangeable extender with the SG. No you can't. When one month in (high tension).

When you point it downwards the force that is applied,what always causes the base to crush against the pubic bone like every extender does, will caus to slip the base upwards along whit the skin around the pubic. Because of the opening.

Next:

Fully downwards ,if your penis is 6inch plus you have to walk naked. Is this what you're planning?

Down but along the leg:

If anyone is out there claiming (again 1 month later at high tension) that you can put it downwards along the leg (left or right) so that one side of the device losses tension.

And the full force is only at one side of the device. How does that feel?

Keep in mind this thing is a metal extender. Not a PF with a free penis to point it where ever you like,and even do the helicopter with the PF on? There is no right or left movement on this device without creating full tension on one side because of this.

This is a hardcore extender device. Most of the PF users extend for example 4000 hours easy. But it's only a stretch what the do without the proper force that is needed for gains.

I'm actually interested in why wearing it downwards pointing to the ground. Is this just a thing that you see on the device or is this a thing that your planning to do? (the usages downwards for yourself in practice?

Because if only applying that you just noticed it. Then be aware that this opening is for a reason.

Well I’m sure any limitation that we will find someone will come up with a modification to correct it. We are never given a piece of equipment that we do not make better with the brotherhoods modifications.

Like any extender it CAN be used outside.

I've never told anything that it couldn't
 
There is a belt attachment system that we are testing that can be used with the MOS SizeDoctor and it digitally measures force applied has you are wearing it. You can even set a beep alert when you apply more tension than wanted it warns you. Kind of like a torque system. Cool shit!

This way you can use the MOS SizeDoctor without bars or with bars just like Phallosan plus system.
