It's in like-new condition and I really only used it for about a month. I did use the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] enough to break that cheap plastic strap thing that secures the penis right under the glans. I improved it by affixing velcro to the plastic carriage part and simply using vecro to strap it in. Also, one of the screws at the base can be a little sticky sometimes but it came that way and is really no big deal.
