Would it be fair to say we should aim to feel a dull aching sensation in every session to ensure we are getting the best exercise ?Feeling soreness is a definite sign. I've seen progress myself. As long as it's not pain and only a dull aching you should not stop.You should keep going. As they say, no pain, but gain the same thing applies here that with aching, there will be gain. But if you find yourself in pain, you're doing something incorrect, and pain is described as a sharp shooting feeling in your penis. It's not pain and only soreness, you should push on.
We all fear in breaking something in the process. The keys are:
Take a safe approach when it comes to any workout routine.
- Increase loads based on your comforts.
- Increase intensities while approach a pain threshold without suffering the pain on any level.
- Make sure not to kink your nerves and blood vessles. Your body will tell you immediately if you are.
Putting stress on the ligaments will always a result in fatigue. And as I said, we should always seek total failure before we stop. Fatigue will last only for twenty four hours or less. So put as much effort into your stretching and do not fear injury, trust in yourself deciphering between pain and soreness. You will find your happy medium as you push forward. And this is a great thing, as this means, you have successfully reached that level. I always had to fight fatigue every single day as most days. If we are working on chest, the heavier the weight, training to failure we can ensure we are building muscles by the fatigue. This could be accompanied by soreness the day of, and the day after. Would a similar mindset be applicable to PE ?
I ask these clarifying questions because sometimes I feel like I'm not putting enough stress on my penis, so I want to make sure I have the right mindset.
I mean its twisted as much as comfortable, and im pulling as much as i can with both hands (it just seems that im not pulling that much because im holding my phone in another hand lol). Idk how else to add more intensity, without inducing a bit more uncomfortability. Understood thx for sharing that.Try not to "aggressively" press against the pelvic bone to get your measurement. It will yield a nice result but also skew the results because the fat layer is displaced to a significant degree. As the fat pad melts away, the moderate or gentle press against the pelvic bone helps to show how much the thickness of the fat has revealed the missing length below it.
But, that aggressive measurement does measure how thick that layer of fat pad from standard light touch of the base of the pelvic to very harsh push against the bone. There is still the thickness of the condense fat that can create a 25% skewness of the data, but that's still good. The rest of the extra gains will be PE gains over fat.

My flaccid length have been looking longer. To think last year when I started PE, my erect length was 5.7. Now that's almost my flaccid length, and it's my current wrapped flaccid length.
With PE, it seems you can do exercises for months without seeing no growth, and out of nowhere you see some growth.
It all depends on where you stretch from. Gains are made across the entire pinnis with any general exercise, but depending on where you stretch from will expose greater growth from that position.Hey guys,
