There's a section that shows how to perform exercises using the Power assist.Would be great to add a list of exercises that can be done using the Power assist only..It's going to be useful at least for me now 😆. Actually most of the manual exercises can be done using the Power assist..

I would love to do those videos.
But my Power Assist 2 is permanently (semi-parmanent) attached to my LengthMaster 3 (the chamber). I don't want to destroy the modifications I did to my LengthMaster 3.

Yes.
If you bundle your penis around your Power Assist 2, you will gain faster then you ever could with only your hands alone. Stretch every angle in front of your body, then you go downward as well, hold each stretch for longer to maximize elongation. Always do bundles 🙂

The final boss is the Behind The Cheeks Bundled Stretches, easiest done with LengthMaster 3 but can be done with your hands alone as well. I have a video where I lay on the bed to stretch Behind The Cheeks (BTC).

Sure thing I'll continue with the Power assist until I buy the LM 3 I'm feeling satisfied with the Power assist now used to be a LM 😞 I broke the chamber 😆..
 
Holding for 15 minutes 🔥💯 quite challenging don't you think..let's try that
A full hold for 15 minutes!? No no no. Break down to 5 minutes as brother SIM indicated. 5 minutes without bundling (twisting), 5 minutes with bundling one direction, and 5 minutes the other bundling in other direction. That's my 15 minutes session. Do that twice to optimize your length after a few months of adaptation to the LM routines. For my second set, I bundled behind the cheeks, but also slightly pull to one side. This stresses the tunica's lateral tissues, blood vessels, and nerves prepping for elongation wrap/all day stretcher/traction device at lower tension for elongation healing.

Is it normal to get sensitivity in the base after stretching , I felt some veins like a little hard lump.when pressed feel pain , otherwise no pain generally . The pain is when I press that lump or massage that lump . The lump is of the size of a mustard seed . Anyone experienced this ?
